Google users are confused today after seeing the grey logo of popular Search Engine Google. Moreover, the logo is not clickable at all. We all know that Google Doodles, are nothing but the modified versions of its logo which are mainly devoted to the famous people. And are frequently displayed by the search engine.
Furthermore, in each of these cases if any user clicks on the doodle portion, he/she is being sent to the dedicated page that honours the historical figure as well as their accomplishments. Also, it shows respect for death dates, milestone anniversaries and historic discovery dates.
The tech Giant Google has made its logo grey in order to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away at the age of 96, on Thursday, September 8th, at balmoral castle in Scotland. This is one of the countless tributes that is paid in from around the world.
As the newspapers described the Queen as a “unifying force” who represented stability during the decades of the rapid change, says the Google’s chief executive, Sundar Pichai.
