Google is working to enhance the experience of Workspace Individual users. And this will help the users to grow their business efficiently. New increased storage space as well as several new features will make collaborating and communicating better than before for the Workspace users.
Earlier known as GSuite, Google Workspace is nothing but the cloud-based productivity suite. In which individual users and office teams connect and complete their work, no matter where they are or on which device they are.
Moreover, Google has more than 8 million active Google workspace users across the world. And in the past two years, 2 million customers have been added due to pandemic. Coming back to upgradation, Google will soon increase the storage from 15GB to 1TB for every Workspace individual user.

“You can store over 100 file types in Drive, including PDFs, CAD files and images, and you can easily collaborate on and edit Microsoft Office files without converting them,” Google said.
“Drive comes with built-in protections against malware, spam and ransomware so you don’t need to worry about accidentally opening the door to malware just by opening a doc.” Google further added.
Another Useful feature in Google Workspace :
Another feature that Google has introduced is built-in mail merge. This feature will allow users to send personalized email to different users at once. This feature also safeguards privacy of the different users.
As per Google, one can add mail merge tags in multi-send emails, like @firstname. This will make each of the recipients feel that their email is made particularly for them. One can also unsubscribe to stop receiving messages as unsubscribe link is automatically included with multi-send emails. New users can get 14-day free trial. After which you can decide whether to purchase the plan or not.
Workspace Individual will launch in more countries that include Argentina, Greece, Belgium, Finland, Portugal, the Netherlands, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia.
